Thatβll be a hell of a sprint to the break room for lunch.
71,800 m2 is 772,848 sf. Starfactory is close to 1,000,000 sf. Blue Origin's facility under construction is 830,000 sf and their old one about 400,000 sf. You don't actually need that much space to build a super heavy rocket. That much space is only needed for at-scale manufacturing.
