With the IPO back in the news, the obvious story is rockets, satellites, launch cadence, Starlink, valuation, and the enormous AI/data-centre ambition. Fair enough, but for companies trying to use AI well, the useful lesson is actually quite boring: before you automate anything, delete harder.
