Congrats - that’s exactly when I started too - I spent a lot of time making coffee, moving tripods and dressing as Santa Claus. you must be right on all these points cos I’ve come to the same conclusions 5000 miles away. Also working in factual I’ve found No. 7 is a basic requirement.
