Description of person added: Personal: He is a quiet, unassuming, industrious and able official. He is well liked by his colleagues and is a very easy person to deal with. He is straightforward and frank. On an earlier visit to London he was most impressed by the assistance given by the United Kingdom officials which he now tries to reciprocate. He is married and devoted to his home and family. Golf appears to be his main recreation
