Ah, the DJ lollipop! Basically a single headphone cup on a stick. They were common in the 70s & 80s in disco and early house & garage clubs. They're somewhat associated with the NYC scene. Though I'm sure they were all over I'd guess people mostly use them now for the nostalgia with certain genres
