wrapping up a successful growing season. we harvested the remaining fruit and pruned back the plants in an attempt to overwinter them in our community greenhouse.

we chose our favorite varieties from this season that we hope will produce even more with a head start next year: ghost pepper, poblano, cayenne, Fresno chilies, and mammoth jalapeno.
