HB42 creates a Maryland Wasted Food Reduction and Diversion Fund to support local governments, businesses, and community organizations to compost, reduce wasted food, and divert usable food for donation. This bill has passed the House but not the Senate - and unless Senator Feldman schedules a vote on it TODAY, the bill will die!
