Maybe there should be a more democratic decision from UK citizens whether we want our country to be spending that money on nukes to psyche out Putin that we might use them, or alleviating child poverty/hunger?

Our military has a few weeks stockpiles. So no. We don’t have enough. And the kids in Ukraine and Gaza perhaps wish they had effective defences? I hate war. I fear war. History shows war is a foul constant and NATO has been as good at deterring war in Europe as anything
