What a POS government that protects the corporations over their citizens. Utter trash protecting those lying effers.
This is yet another desperate effort to shield Big Oil from legal accountability. Last year, under former Attorney General Pam Bondi, the DOJ sued Michigan and Hawaiʻi to stop them from suing Big Oil. Federal courts have since dismissed those complaints, and both states have filed their lawsuits. 🙃
