A short snippet of a fic where the premise is Wukong taking a walk after having penetrative sex with Macaque for the first time in Constellations AU. Wukong is overwhelmed with happy feelings and is trying to calm down. His tail won't stop wagging as he thinks about his night with Macaque. He squeals and paces and is a general mess of embarrassment and happiness and he loves Macaque so much.

That way, he won't have to have direct contact with Macaque. Before he sets off to enact this plan, Macaque appears and startles him.
A WIP of fanfiction describing summer and how it falls prettily on Flower Fruit Mountain. It's a festive time of year, perfect for parties and banquets and such. Summer is also the season of love, or, the mating season. It then describes Wukong's monkey family on the mountain preparing for the season. They celebrate anniversaries, unions, and schedule feasts. Wukong manages all of this and doesn't directly participate in the season by choice. His family shows concern for his lack of deep connection with another person (or persons) but Wukong changes the subject before it can get too deep. He tells himself that he doesn't need romance to survive and has plenty of platonic friendships to offer that connection. He is also enlightened, and has seen the truth of the universe, which should also be a comfort. But the spark and excitement for others hasn't returned to him despite that. Wukong is in denial about why he feels more apathetic about the season nowadays. He used to think the season was charming and enjoyed it immensely, it's not the same now. He wonders if this is due to old age or something else, but he also knows deep down in his heart that isn't what's bothering him. He misses taking part in mating season. He never would've admitted that to himself if not for a big change in his usual routine. This mating season, Macaque is alive, and Wukong must confront his past mistakes and face his trauma to unpack all of that.
Macaque and Wukong sitting in the bathtub together discussing a trip. They decide to take one together since Macaque's curse is gone. He has things to take care of, and he implies that them going together is the only option. Wukong enthusiastically agrees to go on this trip and imagines it being like back-to-back dates. It may or may not be like that, who knows.
Backstory for Macaque in the Black Candles AU. It details how Macaque has been running the Diyu for about 5,000 years or more and he's overseeing everything and using a lot of power. He's got eyes and ears everywhere. Macaque obtained the power of the Ten Kings by basically leading an uprising to usurp them. He fought with other powerful demons on Flower Fruit Mountain, but unfortunately, not many of them survived. Macaque survived because he is a celestial primate, something he doesn't lean until he's absorbed the power of the Ten Kings. But because of this, Macaque is very guilty because he feels like he led his friends to their deaths. Macaque also has demons in his employ, like the Lady Bone Demon, to help him with the Diyu, but she sucks because she's got her own plans going on that Macaque already knows about, but she doesn't know that he knows about them, so she's just kinda annoying to deal with to be honest.
A passage from "Moon Mist" in which Wukong is in the bath tub waiting for Macaque to join him and throwing a fit about it. Macaque teases him and says that he just wants to add something to the bath water to make it more relaxing.
Talking about Black Candles AU again and how Wukong would cause mischief in the Diyu while going around meeting other characters like DBK, Princess Iron Fan, LBD and others. Savage and Rumble and Bai He basically give him a tour of the Diyu and leave a mess of things in their wake. But they're having fun and laughing and Macaque pays special attention to that. Macaque is also questioning Wukong's origin because Macaque knows nothing about him and he's the King of the Diyu, so he SHOULD know. And Wukong's curious as to how Macaque became the king anyway. There used to be Ten Kings and now there's just one. What's going on???
An LMK AU where Macaque is the King of the Diyu and Wukong is an emissary of the Jade Emperor sent to give the King a package. Macaque takes an interest in Wukong and basically keeps Wukong prisoner to satiate his own interests. Wukong spends his time getting to know Bai He, Savage, Rumble, and the other denizens of the Diyu and gradually warms up to them.
