Two new Mac and cheese tests. Left side is romano+parmesian and right side is gouda I preferred the gouda since the romano was a little funky for me - I wonder if it would make any difference to add Italian seasoning. Wife liked the romano better for the texture though

Small batch of mac and cheese. I used gouda, Velveeta, and Colby jack. Apparently this was a viral recipe for a while. The flavor of the smoked gouda kinda ruined this version, but it might be okay as a chili-mac.
