It’s not the job of the SCOTUS to do anything about the prediction markets. It’s the job of the politicians who asked this question to pass laws that set rules, boundaries, & limitations for these markets. The courts should only be judging the Constitutionality of the law. #msnow #uspoli #usmedia

When I was a clerk, my judge was overseeing a patent trial involving two biotech companies. The courtroom filled with Wall St. types with what were then relatively new devices--mobile phones. We could see the stock go up and down if the judge sneezed. We called it "judicial futures."
