I don't know who needs this information, but... In America, we call them "Cool Ranch Doritos". In Sweden they're called "Cool American Doritos". In the UK they're called "Cool Original Doritos".

Americans love ranch sauce (we put it on everything from salads to chicken wings to fries). But apparently the rest of the world doesn't love ranch as much as we do, so these Doritos are described as a sour cream flavor.
