Greg Korba 🛠️🛹 Codito @codito.dev · Feb 12 I am exploring the possibility of upgrading our app to #PHP 8.4 and found out that one of our internal libs has Composer constraint for `ext-redis` that enforces 5.x version. I allowed 6.x and also prepared fair matrix of tests (PHP, #Redis extension, Redis server) 😃.

That required adding custom Dockerfile, changing Docker Compose and Gitlab CI setup. Docker images can be built with several PHP/Redis extension's versions, then tests are run on all of them against three different Redis server versions. It passed in the first run 😍!
