The NCAA D1 Council Has Moved the "5-in-5" Eligibility Proposal Forward. Current students will get a 5th year automatically, waivers requested prior to July will be approved based on the model that benefits the student-athlete. Court challenges are expected.

Dear Coach, I get why you reply, “we will need to evaluate you further in person to determine if Stanvard is a good fit. We are hosting an ID Camp and would love to work with you. Let me know,” to an email. BUT when it is a prospect that you have seen in high level competition asking a direct question about their status spring of junior year or later, you’ve transitioned from “selling the dream” to “providing misleading hope.” Knock it off!
