This is a profoundly stupid question and the world is dumber for it being asked. It shows a fundamental disinterest on his part in learning even the most basic theories on intelligence or cognition. Hell, he could have just read the Wikipedia entry on "Theory of the Mind" (not great but at least it's *something*), but no he had to eject this worthless string of words into the world.
