It's got the VFD display, card reader, dial pad, hook switch, etc. Interestingly in the past someone disabled the card reader and VFD while it was in service. Both unplugged and the card reader cable nicely wrapped up.

More to come later! I do have the programming software for this phone. Got a copy of the manual for it. Need to figure out the VFD connector keying - it's got two more pins than the display does.
