Went to a cheese conveyor belt restaurant and once I had the blue cheeses on offer, everything else tasted like pale yellow rubber.
I can't eat blue cheese by itself. It needs to be on a burger or in my salad dressing for me to enjoy it.
One of my favorite cheese is brie with a line of blue cheese in the middle. It's funky and delicious.
i love blue cheese!! on wings, on salad, with steak. it's such a great smooth umami blast
