This means the CPU's glorpulizer is flembuling at a higher rate than usual. Fine if it happens occasionally, but if it keeps happening you should download ploopsoft AJGOE-259-FEWF2952 free edition and check the blembule index
It's streaming/recording footage in reverse. Upside down too, probably.
