In 2015, Michele Azan & Elisabeth Perez transformed a run-down century-old resort property in North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains into Brightwaters Vacation Rentals. Today, they handle 500+ reservations a year, welcoming guests from across the country to its nine unique cottages and suites.
