The worst part of this is that people KNEW this would happen and warned about it for MONTHS before the mayoral. Hell, the ice storm Jones was out of town for? She was in Jeff City fighting against the takeover. Spencer, meanwhile, used that as a place to take potshots and score points with Kehoe.
