Of those four initial isotopes of major concern, only Cs-137 is a problem, providing almost all the radiation dose (beyond the reactor site itself). And the good news is that (with a 30.04 year half-life) 60% of it has now decayed away (the math: 0.5^(40/30.04)=39.7% remaining).
