Some recent self-portraits 🌱🤭🌈✨ #art & on a side-note, enabling bsky's 'require alt-text before posting' setting really kicked off writing more/longer/(better?) alt-texts for me, and it turns out to be a fun thing to practice ✍️

Sometimes I have difficulty understanding what I'm /feeling/ at any given time. Verbalising fails, but drawing a self-portrait is a surprisingly quick/accurate way to 'see' my emotions more clearly. 🙃 Is it a quirk of MY (visual) brain, or a more widely experienced neurodivergent thing? 🔮
