This was for the landscape crew at my work; since there is a nice flush of Oyster mushrooms growing on and old stump. These are right next to the corpse finger mushroom I posted a few weeks ago. We only use organic lawn care - so no worries. This is the 3rd or 4th year these have produced and each time they are so good to take home and cook up.
