Rest assured, I am here to clarify the situation. I had a look over the logs that you have sent us and noticed that you are using a PCIe slot Sound Card. Certain external sound cards using PCIe slot are not supported and are blocked by Vanguard when launching VALORANT. This leads to the losing of sound completely both in game and the system a couple minutes after starting the game. This is an intended behavior and there is no way to bypass this behavior. I hope I have managed to shed some light on this situation and that everything makes sense. I will have to rely on your understanding when it comes to this situation.
