For all the talk of "regulation" without defining it, where is the push to prosecute the end users who use these "tools" to create & share csam & deepfakes? The information is there to catch a lot of them probably, if we cared to ACTUALLY protect the vulnerable online.
Who is providing these services with the compute they need to do this kinda stuff at scale? Grok I understand, but I’m thinking about all the other smaller ones.
