SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. ​This Act may be cited as the "Real Representation and Voter Choice Act." ​SECTION 2. RESTORATION OF REPRESENTATION RATIO. • ​(a) Repeal of the 435-Seat Cap: The Act of June 18, 1929 (46 Stat. 26, chapter 28; 2 U.S.C. 2a), which permanently capped the House of Representatives at 435 members, is hereby repealed. • ​(b) Establishment of the Ratio: Beginning with the first decennial census conducted after the enactment of this Act, the number of Representatives apportioned to each State shall be determined by allocating one representative for every 200,000 persons, rounded down. • ​(c) Constitutional Minimum: Each State shall continue to be entitled to at least one Representative, regardless of population.

(a) In General.—Not later than January 30 of each calendar year, the President, Vice President, and every Member of Congress (including Delegates and Resident Commissioners to the Congress) shall submit to the appropriate federal ethics oversight body a comprehensive medical report detailing their physical and mental fitness to perform the duties of their office. (b) Contents of Report.—The report required under subsection (a) shall include, but is not limited to: • ​(1) A full summary of laboratory results, vital signs, and current diagnoses. • ​(2) A list of all prescribed medications and ongoing treatments. • ​(3) A cognitive and psychological evaluation conducted by an independent board of physicians.

Opening credits play while MC arrives on the train. Walks three blocks over to their new apartment where the landlord waits for them. The landlord gives them a key and explains how rent works (weekly cost). Coin purse appears, containing three week's worth of rent, but you pay the first week immediately. Finally arrive in your apartment, character control opens up. The apartment is small, a bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom, not much else. When the character moves into the kitchen, a text comes in. Introduces room phone. Text is from MC's parent, reminding them to eat. Introduces daily cost of living in the city. Text is condescending, providing MC motivation to make it in the big city. They go to bed, getting ready for their first day of work. As they leave the building the next morning, the landlord directs them to the nearest subway and warns them about the battle trains. Trainers insist on battles, even when people have no pokemon, and the loser is expected to pay. MC arrives at their place of work, only to be informed that their position has been determined to be excessive and that they are no longer needed. MC blows up at the person, showing their growing frustration and short temper. As consolation, they're given their choice of a pokemon (local starters). On the way back to the apartment, MC worries about how they're going to pay their bills. Not paying attention and end up on the battle train. 3 trainers, easy, and suddenly, the MC got enough money to pay for food for the day. They realize that might be the way forward. Plot 1: doing the battle train to qualify for invitational matches. Plot 2: the mystery of why your job disappeared Plot 3: exploring the seven city parks, rotating pokemon available with levels skewed by unlocks Plot 4: paying for life in the city
