If something requires dedicated equipment that many households don't have, then it's misleading to not mention that, and she said nothing about an egg cooker
I let the water cool down afterwards and then water my plants with it
I like an egg cooker mainly for the reliability, but I don't think it's faster. I also have bought hard boiled eggs at the store when I craved them and couldn't get them at rehab (chose the rainbow colored ones of course and took one with me to breakfast each day)
