Record store day is another disappointing ramble through the live sessions of the usual players. Meanwhile, Dexter Gordon's 1956 "Daddy Plays The Horn" is being sold for $400 described as some "hairline marks feelable to the touch, top seam splitting". Record companies just don't care about Jazz.

I've got a cheapo Jazz Images re-issue of it doesn't have that great cover tho'.
