Co-inventor of cyclops junctions. Also does other stuff that you’re even less interested in.

It’s a diagram of an “off set crossing”, from 1976, which is very very similar to the Cyclops design!

Stavanger’s “floating cycle roundabout” is less obviously pretty than Eindhoven’s because it lacks the “Central Maypole”, but if you’re a brutalism fan, it does float pretty well.
