Direct Hits apply 'Blighted' to the target, dealing twice as much tick damage as Blighted Pools at half the rate for 9.5 seconds. Killing Blighted enemies causes them to drop a Blighted Pool. Targets can only take damage from a single instance of Blighted at a time. Enemies that are Blighted can take simultaneous damage from a Blighted Pool, and also take 25% increased damage from Malfeasance and Wish-Ender. Blighted targets are STILL NOT CONSIDERED TO BE TAKEN.

Seriously, Watch Out (Mk. 44 Stand Asides) - Armor Trait Exotic Grants a stack of Bolt Charge every 1.5 seconds while Juggernaut's Shield is active. While Speed Booster is active, allies in a ""certain"" area behind you receive Speed Booster. ... who the hell came up with this rework???

Enhanced Athletics - Armor Mod Passively increases non-sprinting Movement Speed and non-ability Jump Height. Note: the below values represent the currently bugged state of these mods as of August 21. (Diagonally) Forward Walk Speed with 0|1|2|3 Mods equipped by class: • Warlocks and Titans: 5.6|6.0|6.2|6.4 m/s • Hunters: 5.8|6.2|6.4|6.6 m/s Strafing (side-to-side and backwards movement) decreases these speeds by 15%. Strafe speed is capped at 6 m/s. Crouching decreases these speeds by 45%. Crouch speed is capped at 4 m/s. Sprint speed is set to 8 m/s by default and is capped at 9 m/s. This cap applies to regular Forward Walk Speed as well.

The first part of our Edge of Fate changes are now live featuring updates and additions to our Weapon Perk and Origin trait coverage! An unfortunate piece of news is that changelogs the way I've done them are unfortunately going away. They take way too long to write and are easily the most draining and miserable parts of working on this project for me so, especially with how much money Clarity currently makes, I cannot justify the level of effort required for them. Changelogs feel like they increase the effort required for every single tooltip update by a good 20-30% and that extra work is not justified by the negligible level of interest in these changelogs. For this update, I've written a much more barebones changelog (https://pastebin.com/XX9Rfgas) but I won't promise I will continue with even that. My passion for Clarity just recently hit an all-time low and having to worry about changelogs was easily one of the biggest contributors to making me feel miserable about my work. Apologies.

Clarity tooltip of the Nightmare Fuel exotic trait of Sealed Ahamkara Grasps: Powered Melee Kills and Finishers grant Nigthmare Fuel for 7 seconds. Grapple Melees do not count. Gaining or Nightmare Fuel refills the magazine of all stowed weapons from reserves. Nightmare Fuel grants ? Handling and 50 Airborne Effectiveness while active. Readying a different weapon after gaining Nightmare Fuel refreshes its duration and grants 35% [PVP: 20%] increased weapon damage (Empowering Buff). Swapping weapons again removes Nightmare Fuel. Scoring a Kill with a weapon currently benefiting from the damage buff grants you a fresh instance of Nightmare Fuel (as if you scored another Powered Melee Kill). Nightmare Fuel's damage buff is currently being overridden by both Radiant and Well of Radiance. Clarity tooltip editor's note: We're replacing the previous Powered Melee term with Elemental Melee. The former is now exclusively used for perks that require the consumption of a Melee Ability Charge. This note is temporary and will be removed in the future.

This new catalyst should give you an edge up in encounters where Snipers may not previously have been viable. • Added a new catalyst perk - Networked Targeting -- • Hits with Personal Assistant active grant you and nearby allies improved overall weapon performance and precision damage with non-Exotic Sniper Rifles. ---- • Improves recoil, flinch, target acquisition, handling and precision damage. ---- • Stacks up to 5x. ---- • D.A.R.C.I also gets this buff itself. -- • D.A.R.C.I user also gets +15% damage after granting five stacks to a teammate.

They were not and these values have been in the live game for some time now. We simply rebased the cooldowns (so that we don't include a 15-16% recharge bonus even when you have no full ability charges) and gathered better data. People have ran with the idea that Frenzy got stealth-buffed by Bungie when we changed its stat bonuses to 100 from 50 a year or two ago. They didn't, we were simply able to gather better data! I don't want to see this repeat itself but with a significantly more negative "stealth nerf" accusation. Understand that our data isn't absolute and we change things all the time, never jump to the conclusion that our error is Bungie's malice.
