They are saying the quiet part out loud. It’s not that they don’t KNOW a Puerto Rican is actually American. They CHOOSE to classify Puerto Ricans as not “fully” American. On behalf of myself and every other self-respecting Latino-American, Turning Point USA is 100% T.R.A.S.H.
