Mema’s Meatballs 1 pound hamburger ½ cup grated Parm. cheese ½ cup bread crumbs 2 large eggs 3 Tablespoons dry crushed parsley 1 teaspoon granulated garlic (not finely ground powder) 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper Mix seasonings, cheese, breadcrumbs, hamburger, and eggs. Mix well. Shape into balls about the size of golf balls and fry (or bake at 350 degrees). Add to spaghetti sauce ½ hour before serving to heat through. Now, we’d heard of adding the raw meatballs to the sauce, and cooking it all at once, but the family preference was to have that firm crusty meatball. Makes 14 - 16 meatballs
