I love that transparent-y quality on the line art

damn, that looks so fresh!

what's the base geometry? i always wanted to hand draw isometric images and then project them knto a cube and blend between them based on camera relative angle. i would love to know if this is that or something more layered.

What is the engine you are working on?

This is some cool stuff, and I’m looking forward to seeing more with this project you’re working on. :3

So good!! I think as long as you constrain yourself to a small set of known angles basically anything you draw in this style will look amazing on rounded cube geo like this for free

This is so cool! Looking forward to seeing more of what you do with this style!

Chubby_Ghost · Jan 5

did you project them on a rounded cube? bec it looks like it was modeled. really cool stuff

The poor drinks stuck in that middle one :(

Wait, hold on, these were 3D the whole time? But you're also swapping textures with the angle changes, so maybe it's just clever layering instead? Cool aesthetic either way.
