So here's a cool thing, when I got sick about ten years ago and dropped to 4 stone, my arms pretty much atrophied and had zero gripping strength. Meaning I couldn't really hold anything for even a short amount of time without my hand and forearm seizing up like it was made of concrete. A year or so ago, the Crohn's was finally somewhat dormant and it still sucks and fucks me up once in a while (or every few weeks), BUT, I can play guitar for the first time since 2013. Something that was a huge part of getting through my original diagnosis and everything that came after it, it's cool to have that back even a little bit. (Also I've wanted this guitar since I was like 13, and just wanted to show it off a bit.)

TMNT in the '90s was a marketing powerhouse. They made a bunch of stupid toys. I remember seeing some at the store where Donatello was a basketball player. ... He's like five feet tall. I guess he could have been a John Stockton type, but the pick-and-roll wouldn't have worked cuz none of the other turtles were tall either; they would have needed that giant robot body with Krang in his stomach to play power forward, and by that point I think there would have been just too much animosity for them to gel as a team. This book sucks.
