Awesome, thank you! I had it at Sol Cafe in Duluth (their picture, but it looked similar). it was basically a diner pancake with a lil bit of cabbage in the mix, and a strong topping game with the kewpie + bbq + scallions. It was amazing. Seems like a great dish for experimenting with.
