Dr. Crews from #FridayThe13th part VII. He berated & gaslit a very traumatized Tina, all the while planning to exploit her & her psionic powers. He then used Tina's poor mother as a human shield when Jason attacked them! #horror
He's definitely a huge asshole, but my vote would go to the manipulative, abusive Dr. Crews in Part 7 played by Bernie (of Weekend at fame) himself Terry Kiser.
