I think there’s some simple workplace lessons in Gollum’s profile and story for all of us. 1. Don’t be afraid to be yourself. Gollum had a “take me as I am” attitude. 2. Know what you want and go for it. 3. Simple plans might produce simple outcomes or they might just change the world.
