An all-in-one inverter charger. These are dead-simple to work; just wire up the panels and battery and you're off to the races. Mine was $540. They make them $$ but for a small system this serves well. The unit you pick must match the voltage of your battery. Mine is for 24V.

Some cables to wire everything up and a surge protector power strip with the plug end cut off. The inverter manual will tell you the exact wire sizes to use for each part, so I recommend ordering them pre-fab with terminals installed from somewhere like:
