Calls the attendant over and says "how do I continue checkout"? She says: you press the big red button! He replies: in nature red is usually the colour of danger As a student of UX, LOL.

He said it was such meaning and anger, like "who the hell designed this interface!". I can see his legitimate confusion but he just ignored the giant red button labelled "Pay for my order" because it felt harmful. Amazing. Real world user experience fail 🤦♂️😆
