Just this guy. Computer nerd for work. 3D printing. Making cheese and pickles (not at the same time). Sci-fi. Anime. Astronomy. US-based. DMing me out of the blue to ask for money (wth?) will likely result in blocking instead of a reply, let alone money.

Pic of a 1/4 chicken I had at dinner last night. Sous vide then broiled quickly. Eyed ~3tbsps of gochujang, 3-4 smashed garlic cloves, 3 glugs low-sodium soy, small shake of red pepper flakes & a few small grinds of szechuan peppercorns. Wisked up, slathered very thoroughly, into the SV bag. Once done, patted dry, rubbed some leftover sauce on the top and into the broiler..

just a minute video of a still pond in early spring. there's still ice in the pond off to the left. many frogs clearly have thoughts on this and being very vocal about it.
