Ten years on, the poisoned chalice of Brexit has claimed its sixth prime minister. Will Burnham be any different? So far the signs are not promising. My take: davekeating.substack.com/p/brexit-has...

He’s caved on everything already. Thinks it’s now perfectly reasonable that trans folks don’t drink when outside because it’s not safe for them to use the toilet 😕

Not doing more t reverse Brexit was unpopular. But what made many people despise Starmer was his constant punching down. Immigrants, the elderly, the 2 child cap, disability, LGBT, Palestinians. He supported Mandelson and Mahmood. The man was nasty.

I’m sure Andy Burnham can make Brexit work where 5 previous prime ministers have all failed. We must just keep faith with the holy Brexit project that has been ordained in perpetuity by the special 52% of the electorate in 2016. 🤡🤡🤡
