In 1983 The American TV station ABC showed the film "The Day After" about the consequences of a nuclear conflict. Europe needs to do the same about the consequences of a sudden cut off from American technological dependency.

Europe also has a kill switch in the form of ASML. Europe just needs the courage to threaten to use it and if need be follow through with it.
