I have no idea who this guy is, but he only has 3 first author publications in a record that goes back to 2008. Now a days, 3 first author publications are an expectation out of a PHD by itself! Publications aren't everything, but whining about not getting a position with this record is amusing.
What is so embarrassing? I have the same number of citations of my work since 2007 and I am proud of every one.
