Very good idea. Or exercise spaces. Daycares. The roofs would made great urban gardens. Some of the lower spaces might make interesting living spaces. We shouldn't just tear them down
Sadly, the regime continues to target cuts to the arts.
Its easy in the city. Its the long distance rural ateas that are killing us
