Can someone smarter than I am please explain how I put this air conditioner in? There’s no bottom lip to rest against to prevent it falling back out the bottom (yes I know you close the window and lean the top back I’m talking about the bottom for my window)

Did it not come with a platform? I was looking at something similar at costco recently..
Honestly. Search the model on YouTube. Someone has probably done an install video.
