SCOTUS ruling proves that simply having more justices on the court will not create more justice. Having 13 with nine being as corrupt as the current conservative majority does us no good. We need judges of character, ethics, moral standing to be nominated and the same for Senators who approve them.

I could not agree more. The court is one vote shy of complete and utter insanity. Our captain has us swerving through an iceberg field at high speed and we want to applaud him for that very narrow miss back there.

It is a mistake to assume that Rosen or the people who work for her (including her press release writers) actually know anything about this, or what the dissenting (or barely concurring) votes actually reflect.
IIRC, Rosen is one of the biggest Dem sellouts (like with one of the shutdown fights) and needs to be replaced ASAP by any and all means. :/
