Without it, “minimize” (yellow) is just dismiss. (Red is force close) w/o “Show Suggested and Recent Apps” on or exceeding 3, you still have to go to app switcher or get from Home Screen (or pro tip for iPadOS w/o hardware keys, can ⌘-Space style Spotlight from e.g. AssistiveTouch double tap)
