Kratky Method lettuce grow in a recycled green glass avocado oil bottle. Fill the bottle most of the way with tap water. Grab a cotton ball and pull at it to stretch; feed it into the bottle til it hits the water. Situate it in the bottle neck so it stays up, add a straw along one side to make adding water to the bottle later easier. Place your lettuce seed(s) in the cotton ball in such a way that it's mostly covered and wait.๐Ÿ˜Š Once the seed sprouts, move it directly under a full spectrum grow light. To prevent stretching, place the light 1 or 2 inches above the sprout.
