With the Switch 2 just around the corner, it's only a matter of time before we get the next 3D Mario game, which will be the first 3D Mario after Charles Martinet retired from the character, and I don't think I'm ready to not hear his voice when I boot up the game. I miss him already 🥲

It's been a long time he voiced it... He'll be hard to replace. But maybe Nintendo looks for someone who can imitate it quite well? If they go for a generic announcer voice it won't hit the same 😭
